International Orders
- CalcPro makes all best efforts to ship at best rates possible. International orders will be charged full international shipping rates. The customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties and taxes incurred.
- International shipments are generally shipped by courier (ie: UPS). To some countries, orders can be sent by US Post which can result in lower shipping costs; however, due to it's limited ability to track packages CalcPro will not be liable for the delivery of such shipments. When ordering online you may choose the method of shipping you prefer; however, CalcPro will apply the correct method and rate if necessary.

Payment Options:
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, company checks, money orders or cashiers checks (To protect our customers we aggressively pursue credit card fraud).
- Government and institutional Purchase Orders (PO's) clear immediately. Corporate PO's are subject to credit approval. For first orders, prepayment is generally required. References and bank information will be required to establish an account with Net Terms.
- Most company checks are approved quickly to ensure immediate shipment. For non-standard checks and checks over $250, please allow 7 working days for clearance. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $15.00 USD.

Manufacturer's Warranties
All products (unless noted in writing) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and services varies by manufacturer and product.
Return Policy
- If the product you purchased from CalcPro does not function according to the manufacturer's specifications, you may receive a prompt replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below. Before returning any item, please call 541-752-8414 or email to; support@calcpro.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Unopened product may be returned to CalcPro for a full credit, excluding shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Opened product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- Opened software and functioning special order items are not returnable.
- Defective special order items are only returnable for same model replacement.
- To receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
- RMA's are valid for seven days from the date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label or clearly on the outside of the box. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and returned to sender.
